Coming out of the parking lot, we were greeted with beautiful lights!
Coming up to the main gate, they seem to be starting the early process of getting the metal detectors out. I didn’t take a picture of it, they were checking people. Those with purses or bags HAD to get checked by security in a nearby tent.
Seriously! The entire midway is blocked off! Can you guys please stop with the random construction…Atleast give us an alternate route instead of a 3 foot wide alley way.
The Universal Plaza entrance looked amazing at night!
The Grinchmas tree looked fantastic! How can you not love that!
After the awesome tree lighting ceremony, we went to go hit up the lower lot rides!
First off was Mummy! It was only about 15 mins. All the switchbacks inside were filled, but the line moved very quickly! I also got seat 4-4 which is the airtime seat!
After that, we all did Transformers where I had to sit behind a really tall fellow. Why can’t this ride have stadium seating! Still fun though.
I was the only one who was brave enough to conquer Jurassic Park this late at night. I got row 2, dead center, which is the driest seat on the ride. Only two others in the entire boat! It awesome, but it kept stacking, because they were waiting for people to show up.
After that we headed out to City Walk for some dinner! We had by far the best waiter ever! He had so much fun with his job and did challenges with the tables nearby! It was a great way to end the night!
